Supreme Court to Hear Union Dues Case
(CNSNews.com) - Labor union officials' right to use union dues for political purposes without members' consent will be under scrutiny before the U.S. Supreme Court next week.

On its website, WEA says it "does not spend non-members' fees on political purposes and non-members have a simple, easy way of opting out." WEA spokesman Rich Wood declined to speak with Cybercast News Service about the apparent contradiction in the WEA statement.
